The Hamilton Hawks Rugby Union Club is one of the region’s premier clubs, fielding men’s and women’s senior grades and all-age junior teams in the Newcastle-Hunter Rugby Union competition.
Founded in 1967, the Hamilton Hawks prides itself as a club with strong values and ethics that encourages and supports participation for all.
Led by President Lesa Mason, the first female elected to the position in the Club’s history, and Premier 1 Coach Cameron Murphy, the Hawks have a strong sense of community and inclusion.
Season 2024
The 2024 season comes off the back of a decade of strong on-field performances in the senior ranks, including the history-making achievement of winning five premierships in a row, and has us eager to continue our success.
Hawks seniors will be fielding teams in Premier 1, Premier 2, Premier 3, women’s teams, and Friday Night Social 4s in season 2023, with the club eager to continue its success in the Newcastle-Hunter Rugby competition.
Hawks juniors have teams in the U7, U8, U9, U10, U11, U12 and U16 age groups and all-girls teams in the U15 and U17 age groups in the 10-a-side competition.
